Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These terms govern the use of Keryo, an operating system for churches providing a member directory, teams, events, courses, notifications and accounting. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
1. The service
Keryo is provided as-is, as a subscription cloud service. During the beta phase the service may change, experience interruptions or ship incomplete features; we will flag this where reasonably possible.
2. Accounts and church responsibility
Each church (tenant) is managed by its own leaders (SuperAdmin/Admins). The church is the data controller for the information it records about its members — including obtaining consent, and parental consent for minors — as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity performed with your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not: attempt to access another church’s data; overload or attack the platform; use the service for unlawful activity; resell the service without authorization; or upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts violating these rules, notifying the affected church.
4. Plans and payments
Keryo offers a free plan (Seed) and paid plans with member-count limits. No charges are made during the closed beta. Once payments are live: subscriptions renew automatically, you can cancel at any time (effective at the end of the paid period), and price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
5. Church data and portability
The data your church records belongs to your church. It can be exported in open formats (CSV) at any time from Settings. If a church closes its account, its data is deleted after a reasonable grace period.
6. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keryo is not liable for indirect damages or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms, with prior notice where possible.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Questions: juancamilojpc2@gmail.com.
